We’re looking for someone to help supercharge our product content. ✨ Your focus will be on creating engaging content around our product: think best practice articles, product videos, and pitch decks that make an impact. The sky's the limit as long as your content puts awork in the spotlight and excites our target audience. You'll report directly to our Content Teamlead, Ayla, work closely with Max, who's already handling product marketing, and collaborate with our customer-facing teams (Sales & Customer Success).

Here’s the job:

  • You are the go-to person for all content related to our product.
  • You create and execute high-quality content across channels like the website, newsletter, and social media.
  • You support the customer team by producing customer-centric materials such as pitch decks and explainer videos.
  • You develop and implement a content plan with clear goals.
  • You analyze the performance of your content and continuously optimize it with fresh, innovative ideas.

Our wish list:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B content marketing—ideally in SaaS or an agency.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in project management, team organization, or company culture topics.
  • Writing is your passion. You have a strong focus on storytelling and always ensure your content adds real value.
  • You know your way around the content universe and have a keen sense for formats that work.

We use tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and of course, awork, to stay organized. We love coming together as a team—whether remote or in person. Process

Our 4 step hiring flow🚀

1

Intro call

Nice to meet you! Following your application, the first step is a 30-minute call aimed at getting to know each other and aligning expectations for the role.

Role related interview

Round two! During this stage, you’ll meet the team lead and possibly some team members, to discuss your career, skills, and ideas. This will also involve revisiting a hands-on task that you completed before.

Meet the founders

The final step! In this stage, you will meet two of our founders and chat about our values, team cluture, the awork environment, and our overall vision.

Receive an offer

Yeah! We’d love to work with you (and hope that you feel the same way about joining us). We'll make a concrete offer that you can, of course, refuse, but shouldn't ;-)
