In this case, a dinner discussion about work happiness led to a podcast episode that quickly turned into the idea for a true collaboration to share our proven methods for how to build and organise modern teams. We love the idea of a collection of methods designed, tested, and discussed by team-builders. None of these are fluffy feelgood tools or social media click-bait. We use these methods to build our teams and have hands-on experience to share about each one of them.
Our shared enthusiasm for building happier teams and the combination of our skillsets (tech + consulting) is what makes all of this work.
