Donut Calls
Donut Calls are 30‑minute weekly meetings, randomly pairing team members for informal conversations outside of regular work topics.
Goals
To give team members regular opportunities to connect beyond their immediate colleagues – and strengthen the overall team spirit.
How it works
- Each week, two employees are randomly matched across teams and hierarchies for a 30‑minute call. The app helps with scheduling.
- The conversation is intentionally agenda‑free – a space to talk about anything beyond current projects. No minutes, no action items.
- The calendar invite includes simple conversation starters to help break the ice.
