Attendance rules for hybrid teams help build stronger connections and reinforce team culture.
Goals
To strengthen culture and cohesion in distributed and hybrid teams.
How it works
There are different attendance guidelines for on‑site team members and remote employees:
- On‑site team – At least two days per week in the office. One of these is a fixed team day, when everyone is present. This is the day reserved for team‑wide meetings, communication, and workshops. The second day is flexible but often coordinated within the team.
- Remote employees – Come to the office four times a year for a full week (“on‑site weeks”), dedicated to alignment, collaboration, workshops, and shared activities.
