NOW – Company Principles
"Never Without Wow" is our mantra at sasserathNOW. It serves as a guide to the most important working principles that ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
Goals
The goal: A shared framework for collaboration that provides guidance while leaving enough space for everyone to shape their workday individually.
How it works
The name “Never Without Wow” is derived from the “NOW” in our company name – it provides the flexibility for each brand to reflect its unique identity.
To bring this mantra to life, principles have been introduced that set the framework for our collaboration. These can be explained on different levels:
- General standards (how we work)
- Contractual aspects (core working hours, availability, etc.)
- Collaboration (home office rules, remote work, etc.)
