Lotto lunch

Once per quarter, “Lotto Lunches” are drawn – two employees are randomly paired to meet for lunch, helping them to get to know each other better beyond daily work.
Goals

Encourage team members to get to know one another better, independent of project structures and hierarchies.

How it works
  • Once a quarter, lunch partners are randomly selected and announced to everyone.
  • The selected “lunch buddies” have up to three months to arrange their lunch together, choosing the time and place.
  • After all pairs have met, the organiser is informed and a new round of pairings takes place.
