Do I have to start with the whole team straight away?

Answer

No. You can also test awork with a small pilot group first and then gradually invite more team members.  

However, we recommend that as soon as a rough structure and the individual workflows have been established, the entire team should be involved. The sooner the employees can get started themselves, the better.

Question 2

How do I invite other people to awork?

Answer

As soon as your workspace is up and running, you can simply invite other members to join your test phase free of charge.

Question 3

Can I import existing projects from other tools into awork?

Answer

Yes, you can easily import projects from tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday or Notion into awork - including tasks, comments and dependencies.

To do this, you use our internal tool importer, for which you do not need any specific IT experience.

Question 4

What happens if I don't import a project?

Answer

That's no problem. You can start with an empty workspace and create your first project directly in awork - e.g. to introduce the tool itself.

Our onboarding templates can be a good help here to go through the first steps directly in the tool.

Question 5

What happens after the test phase of awork?

Answer

After the 14 days, you can choose a suitable subscription model or not extend your access - there are no automatic costs. You can find an overview under awork prices.

What can I test during the awork trial period?

Answer

All functions: Task management, time tracking, calendar integration, automations, project planning, reports and much more. With that you can find out exactly which functions suit you and your team.

Do I need technical knowledge to use awork?

Answer

No. awork is intuitively designed and works without any prior technical knowledge. However, if you need help, our support team is always there for you.
