Weโre hiring a UXย Growth Designer who blends creativity with a dataโdriven mindset.
Your mission: design, test, and iterate experiences that convert inโtrial users, help teams adopt awork faster, and keep them because they truly love it. ๐ช

You'll...
- Design for growth: translate hypotheses into user flows, UI mockups, and assets that improve key metrics like signโup conversion, activation, and retention.
- Experiment fast: collaborate with our Growth Engineer and Growth Manager, test new ideas weekly, and learn from data and user interviews.
- Own the trial and onboarding experience: craft delightful product moments that turn curious users into loyal teams.
- Prototype and iterate: design variants and run A/B tests in Figma and with AIโpowered tools to validate ideas quickly.
- Collaborate crossโfunctionally: work closely in an interdisciplinary environment to develop, test, and validate ideas focused on the success of awork.

๐ฏ Youโll thrive if you have
- 3โ5+ years of experience in product or growth/CRO design, ideally for B2B SaaS products.
- A track record of designing features, flows, or experiments that measurably improved conversion or retention.
- Strong visual and UX design skills with a dataโinformed mindset.
- Confidence translating insights into highโfidelity designs in Figma and experimenting with AIโassisted tools.
- Experience collaborating in fastโpaced, hypothesisโdriven environments.
- Fluency in English and German (min. C1).
- Bonus: familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Metabase, or frameworks like ICE.

Nice to meet you! Following your application, the first step is a 30-minute call aimed at getting to know each other and aligning expectations for the role.


Role related interview
Round two! During this stage, youโll meet the team lead and possibly some team members, to discuss your career, skills, and ideas. This will also involve revisiting a hands-on task that you completed before.


Meet the founders
The final step! In this stage, you will meet two of our founders and chat about our values, team cluture, the awork environment, and our overall vision.
