Weโre aiming high! Our vision: By 2030, we become the #1 choice for creative agencies and over 100,000 teams around the world will use awork. โจ
And thatโs where you come in: We are looking for a Product Designer to take ownership of the Time Tracking product area โ from first insights to launch and beyond.
In this role, youโll not only create beautiful and functional user experiences, but also play a key role in shaping the product direction together with our CPO, PMs, and engineering team.

Your goal? Make time tracking in awork so smooth and intuitive that our users will actually enjoy it. ๐
โ
๐ Hereโs the job:
- Own the end-to-end user experience for the Time Tracking product area โ from discovery to delivery
- Run lightweight user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into wireframes, flows and Figma designs using our design system
- Create clear conceptual specs and support during implementation
- Collaborate closely with the PM and engineers to scope, define and validate product solutions
- Measure feature adoption and usability post-launch โ and iterate with purpose
โ
๐ Our wish list
- 3+ years of proven experience designing B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
- Strong skills in conceptual UX work โ from problem framing and defining solution approaches to creating clear flows and interaction patterns
- Product thinking: ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Experience in working side-by-side with developers, ensuring smooth handovers and efficient design-to-dev collaboration.
- Professional level English (C1), written and spoken.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with time-tracking, productivity, or project management tools.
- Experience working with design systems at scale and using metrics to inform design decisions.
โ
๐ What makes you successful in this role:
- You quickly build a deep understanding of our users, their workflows, and the unique challenges in time tracking.
- You balance conceptual clarity with pragmatic decision-making, designing solutions that are both elegant and feasible.
- You are proactive โ not just executing but suggesting improvements based on data, research, and collaboration
- You communicate clearly with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure designs are understood and implemented as intended
- You measure the impact of your work and iterate fast, turning insights into tangible improvements
- You help raise the design quality across the product by sharing patterns, feedback, and inspiration
