This role is right for you if you have been working in the content field for a few years. Instead of listing a backlog of tasks, we'd rather tell you about the challenges we need your expertise and creativity for (how exactly you tackle them is up to you ๐).
Context:โจ
awork is a project management tool for agencies. Our marketing goal is to get as many agencies as possible to use awork and then use it with their teams. We are currently growing primarily through performance ads.
At the same time, we have developed strong content formats, such as the Work Happiness Report (annual study on happiness at work) and the Agency Happiness Club (regular discussion format on agency topics).

What does this have to do with project management? Our mission is to help teams work better and happier together. Good software is one building blockโwith our formats, we explore the rest and thus also reach agencies that are not yet actively looking for a PM tool. It works: the response is high, even in the media. But: the formats are not yet consistently integrated with the product. Brand and product run side by side, and potential remains untapped.

- Combine brand formats + product into a consistent content journey.
- Further develop our existing formats and, if necessary, launch new, suitable formats.
- Build a content engine that contributes significantly to awork's growth.

โจExperience
- You have 5+ years of content experience, ideally in agency/B2B/SaaS.
- You have an agency background or are very familiar with the agency world.
- You have used PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.) and know the use case.
Skillsโ
- Storytelling, writing, producing, distributionโyou live in the content universe.
- AI is part of your workflow; you are eager to experiment with technology.
- Native German speaker, confident in English in a business context (our team language).
Mindsetโ
- Execution focused: Just do it and learn from it, instead of endlessly thinking about concepts.
- Keen on a startup on the VC track: you want to make a difference and aren't afraid of ambitious goals. Sure, it can be exhausting at times (not gonna lie), but you have full ownership of how and what you work on.
- You enjoy being part of a team that also gets together outside of work from time to time, e.g., for offsites, workations, etc.
